Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Multipass Shipping, operated and billed by MP Platform AB, Sweden.

By accessing the website, using the free first look, purchasing a quotation review, requesting RFQ support, or subscribing to monthly advisory services, you agree to these Terms.

1) The service

Multipass Shipping provides maritime quotation review, RFQ support, supplier-comparison support, bunkering context, monthly advisory, and related procurement-support services. The service supports commercial review and decision-making, but it does not replace the customer's own procurement, legal, operational, contractual, or payment responsibility.

2) Free first look

The free first look may include basic quotation extraction, line-item display, unit/package warnings, and sample benchmark logic. It is not a commercial review, legal review, broker instruction, fixture authority, or supplier recommendation.

3) Paid quotation audits

Paid quotation audits may include structured extraction, suspicious-row notes, unclear unit/package comments, priority risk grouping, RFQ or counter-enquiry draft support, and PDF/email report output. Audit depth depends on the selected tier, row count, and quotation size.

4) Monthly advisory and RFQ support

Monthly advisory and RFQ support may include supplier-comparison structure, RFQ preparation support, counter-enquiry wording, commercial review summaries, and procurement follow-up support. The exact scope may depend on the customer's submitted material and agreed workflow.

5) Payments and subscriptions

  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • One-off quotation review fees are charged at checkout.
  • Monthly advisory subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Customers may cancel subscriptions according to Stripe checkout or customer-portal options where available.
  • We do not store full card details.

6) Customer material and confidentiality

Customers are responsible for the material they upload or send. Quotations may contain supplier, vessel, company, port, price, and item details. Multipass Shipping treats submitted material as private customer material. Public or benchmark-style outputs must not expose supplier, vessel, or company identities.

7) Acceptable use

  • You must not upload unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized material.
  • You must not attempt to interfere with, overload, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • You must not misrepresent Multipass Shipping outputs as binding legal, broker, fixture, or supplier authority.
  • We may suspend access or refuse service if abuse, fraud, or unsafe use is detected.

8) Disclaimers

Multipass Shipping provides informational and human-assisted commercial support. We do not guarantee supplier performance, market price, savings, accuracy, availability, or commercial outcome. Customers remain responsible for their own procurement, contractual, operational, insurance, legal, tax, and payment decisions.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multipass Shipping and MP Platform AB are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, lost-profit, lost-opportunity, operational, voyage, contractual, or supplier-related losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
