“Multipass Shipping” is a maritime quotation review and procurement-support service operated and billed by MP Platform AB, Sweden. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the website, quotation audit, RFQ support, monthly advisory, or related services.

2) What we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Contact data: name, email address, company name, and message details when provided.
• Quotation data: uploaded quotations, line items, prices, units, ports, supplier details, vessel references, and related commercial context.
• Audit data: extracted rows, unit warnings, review notes, suspicious-row flags, RFQ or counter-enquiry drafts, and report outputs.
• Payment data: checkout status, invoice metadata, subscription status, and billing metadata returned by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: logs, error reports, browser metadata, page access, and other data required to operate and secure the service.

3) How we use information

• To provide quotation extraction, audit, review, and report services.
• To prepare RFQ, counter-enquiry, supplier-comparison, or advisory outputs requested by the customer.
• To process payments, invoices, subscriptions, and customer support through Stripe and related tools.
• To improve parser quality, benchmark logic, and product reliability using anonymized or reviewed data where appropriate.
• To protect the service, prevent abuse, resolve incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

4) Uploaded quotations and confidentiality

Uploaded quotations may contain supplier, vessel, company, item, price, and port information. We treat this information as private customer material. Where data contributes to benchmark logic, outputs must be anonymized and must not expose supplier, vessel, or company identities.

5) Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment details, card data, billing address, tax information, and fraud-prevention signals according to its own terms and privacy policy. Multipass Shipping receives payment status and billing metadata, but does not store full credit-card details.

6) Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate essential website functions, remember preferences, support login or checkout flows, improve reliability, and protect against abuse. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect some functionality.

7) Third parties

We share information only when necessary to operate the service, including:

• Stripe for payment processing, invoices, subscriptions, and fraud prevention.
• Hosting, storage, OCR, infrastructure, email, and logging providers used to operate the service.

We do not sell personal information.

8) Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve product quality, and protect against abuse. Billing records may be retained where required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10) Legal and commercial disclaimer

Multipass Shipping provides informational and human-assisted review support. It does not provide legal advice, tax advice, insurance advice, brokerage authority, fixture authority, or a guarantee of supplier performance, market price, savings, or commercial outcome. Customers remain responsible for their own procurement, contractual, operational, and payment decisions.
